baking Time

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
  2. Mix the coconut oil and brown sugar together until the mix is light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Blend in the vanilla and wheat germ.
  4. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt into a creamy mixture. Combine the raw sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl
  5. Form the dough into balls, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place two inches apart on an un-greased baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes. Cool on a rack
