We try to get out and about as much as possible. Winter, spring, summer, or fall; nothing keeps us from finding fun outside and staying active. Here are a few things we like to do, in the city and farther up north in the Harriman State Park/Bear Mountain Region. Just because you don't live in the "Big Apple" doesn't mean you can't take some of our activities and apply them to where you live. Staying healthy and active is great but being able to do it on a BUDGET, or even FREE, is the key.
