Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 eggs lightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 2 tablespoons brewer's yeast
  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • /2 cup raisins

 

baking Time

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Beat together the coconut oil, molasses, honey, and eggs.
  3. Sift the whole wheat flour, white flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cloves, ginger, and allspice together. Stir in the yeast, wheat germ, oats, and raisins.
  4. Add oil mix to the dry ingredients. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls onto the baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
